Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup cold water or herbal tea
  • 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp grape juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with cold water or herbal tea.
  2. Add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Sprinkle in the cinnamon. Stir or shake well to combine.
  4. Add optional ginger slice, chia seeds, or grape juice if desired.
  5. Sip slowly 15–30 minutes before your main meal.
